Cllr Derick Cooper and his wife Christine planted a tree in Jubilee Gardens, Highbridge on Tuesday 20th April, to mark the end of their year in the roles of Mayor & Mayoress of Burnham-on-Sea and Highbridge.  Rev. Andrew Jackson from Hope Baptist Church held a short ceremony at which Cllrs and residents attended.

Cllr Cooper said "It has been a very busy and enjoyable year for Christine and I.  We wanted to give something back to the two towns to mark the end of a wonderful year"
