Cllr Cooper hands over to new Mayor |
 Cllr Cooper presents Cllr Clarke with the Mayor's Chain following his election at the Town Council Meeting on the 10th May. Cllr Cooper thanked members, his wife, family, staff and organisations for a "Wonderfully Enjoyable Year".
