German exchange students from Homberg recently took part in the annual exchange with The King Alfred School.

As part of a very busy itinerary, they were welcomed by the Deputy Mayor of Burnham-on-Sea and Highbridge, Cllr Mrs Janet Keen, on Thursday 20 May 2010, at the Town Council Chamber in Jaycroft Road. Cllr Mrs Keen was delighted to give them some information about the Town Crest and the Charter from the Royal College of Heraldry, as well as background information about her involvement in twinning over many years.
